Privacy policy
This portal is deliberately built to be sparing with data. It sets no advertising cookies, loads no fonts from third-party servers and embeds no content from advertising networks. A consent banner is therefore not required.

The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
Server log files
When you open this site, the server automatically records information that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, the previously visited page, date and time of the request and the IP address. This data is technically necessary to deliver the site and to secure its operation. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in stable and secure operation. The data is not merged with other data sources. The logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
Provision of the website
This website is provided by NexTao GmbH, Königsallee 27, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, on servers within the European Union.
Reach measurement, without cookies
To understand which content is read, we use a self-operated analysis at analytics.axaix.app. It runs on a server in the European Union; no data is transferred to third parties or to third countries. A service such as Google Analytics is not used.
Only the following is recorded: the page requested, the time, the referring page, the rough region of origin at country level, device type, browser and screen size. Your IP address is used only briefly in working memory to determine the country and is then discarded; it is neither stored nor logged. To distinguish visits, a check value is derived from technical details and a random value that changes daily and cannot be traced back to you. No cookies are set and no profiles are built across websites.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in statistics that are sparing with data. Because no information is accessed on your device, no consent under Section 25 TDDDG is required. If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal, the visit is not counted.
Interactive tools and local storage
The tools on this portal (for example the Longevity Habits Score, the Life in Weeks grid or the 30-Day Habit Challenge) run entirely in your browser. The values you enter and the results they produce are not transmitted to us or to anyone else. Some tools remember your last inputs, a birth date, a plan or your ticked days in the local storage of your browser so that you can pick up where you left off. This data stays on your device, contains no identifier and can be deleted at any time through your browser settings. No cookies are involved.
Result pictures and sharing
Every tool can turn its result into a picture. The picture is drawn on your device with the values you entered; it is not uploaded to us. If you use the share button, your browser hands the picture to an app of your choice (for example a messenger). From that moment the app and the people you send it to handle the picture, not we. If you download it, it is stored only on your device.
Fonts
The fonts used, Fraunces and Manrope, are hosted on our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external service, so no IP address is transmitted there.
Images and video
The photographs and the short film on this portal are licensed material and are stored on the same server as the site. Nothing is loaded from third-party servers. The film on the homepage plays only once and only if your browser does not signal reduced motion or a data-saving mode.
Contacting us
If you write to us by e-mail, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information about the data stored about you, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing (Article 15 GDPR). You also have the right to rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and the right to object (Article 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2 to 4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
Encryption
This site is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection, recognisable by the lock symbol and the address beginning with https.
